Tamarind Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast (cubbed)- 2
  • Tamarind Paste- 1/3 cup
  • Soy Sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Raw Honey- 1/4 cup
  • Chili Garlic Sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Green Beans- 1 cup
  • Carrots- 1/2 cup
  • Egg White- 2
  • All Purpose Flour- 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
  • Oil- for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Mix in a suitable bowl: Chicken, Flour and Eggs (press and coat chicken well). Deep fry Chicken till cooked well and set a side.
  2. In a wok over high heat, add one tbsp of oil and stir fry Green beans and carrot for 1 mins. Add in Tamarind Paste, Soy Sauce, Honey Chili Garlic Sauce, and 1/4 cup of water and cook for 2 mins (on Medium and stir).
  3. Add in Chicken and stir-fry for at-least 1 minute. Dish-out Warm and Enjoy with Rice!
