Chicken Drumstick (Leg) Masala Curry with Masala Roti

Chicken Drumstick Ingredients:

1. Chicken Drumsticks (6 Skinless Chicken Legs)

2. Vegetable Oil or Ghee – 1 Cup

3. Onions – 1 Large Onion

4. Curry Leaves – 6-7

5. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp

6. Ginger / Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp

7.  Chopped Tomatoes – 3

Spices / Masala:

8. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp

9. Pepper Powder – Pinch

10. Paprika Powder – Pinch

11. Cardamon Powder – Pinch

12. Kashmiri Chilli Powder – Half Tsp

13. Salt – as needed

Garnishing: Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp

 

 

 

Method:

1. Place a non-stick pot on medium to high flame. Add oil, chopped onions, curry leaves and cumin seeds. Fry the ingredients until the color is brown and then add garlic / ginger paste.

2. Add Chicken Legs in the pot and mix.

3. When water is absorbed than add chopped tomatoes and spices / masala ingredients (8 – 13).

4. Let the ingredients cook until the Chicken Legs are tender.

5. When Aroma arises than your Chicken Drumstick (Leg) Masala Curry is ready.

6. Garnish with Coriander Leaves

Dishout Chicken Drumstick (Leg) Masala Curry and serve with Masala Roti
