Shrimp Chukandar ki Puri

Shrimp Beet Root Bread  

Shrimp Chukandar ki Puri is so Yummy and flavorful. Fall in love with the best breakfast time dish ever! Variety-full 

Ingredients:
White Flour (Maida)- 1cup
Semolina- 1/4 cup
Beetroot (boiled, peeled and mashed)- 1/4 cup
Shrimp (shelled, deveined, mashed)- 1/4 cup
Saffron- pinch
Carom seeds (Ajwain)- 1/2 tsp
Coriander (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Salt- pinch
Water- as per needed to make soft dough
Oil- 2 tsp

 

Oil / ghee for Frying:
As per required
 Shrimp Bread
Method:
  1. In a suitable bowl, Combine all the given ingredients into a stiff dough.
  2. With the dough, divide and create little/small balls, and roll them out into round plates.
  3. Pour oil in a deep frying pan, and place the pan on high flame.
  4. Drop the round puri in the hot oil, and deep fry till they are reddish golden.
  5. Place your puri on proper paper towel, so that the excess oil could drain off.
