Ingredients
  • Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
  • Onion (sliced)- 2
  • Garlic cloves- 2 tbsp
  • Ginger (sliced)- 1 tsp
  • Yogurt- 1/3 cup
  • Cumin seed- 1 tsp
  • Red chilli- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Whole Garam Masala- 1 tsp
  • Coriander (chopped)- 1/3 cup
  • Green Chilli (chopped)- 5
  • Lemon (sliced)- to taste
  • Salt- to taste
  • Oil- 1/4 cup
Instructions
  1. In a suitable pan, Fry onion in oil until golden-ish brown and dish-out on kitchen paper towel.
  2. Add above ingredients and cook until the meat is tender and cooked. Add in the golden-ish brown onion and cook for 10 minutes with pan lid.
  3. Tip: Crush the fried onions with finger tips.
  4. Dish-out, and Garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies, lemon and ginger slices… and… ENJOY..:D
