Ingredients
- Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
- Onion (sliced)- 2
- Garlic cloves- 2 tbsp
- Ginger (sliced)- 1 tsp
- Yogurt- 1/3 cup
- Cumin seed- 1 tsp
- Red chilli- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Whole Garam Masala- 1 tsp
- Coriander (chopped)- 1/3 cup
- Green Chilli (chopped)- 5
- Lemon (sliced)- to taste
- Salt- to taste
- Oil- 1/4 cup
Instructions
- In a suitable pan, Fry onion in oil until golden-ish brown and dish-out on kitchen paper towel.
- Add above ingredients and cook until the meat is tender and cooked. Add in the golden-ish brown onion and cook for 10 minutes with pan lid.
- Tip: Crush the fried onions with finger tips.
- Dish-out, and Garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies, lemon and ginger slices… and… ENJOY..:D
