Ingredients
  • Fine Minced Meat- 2 pounds
  • Bell Pepper (sliced)- 1
  • Raw Papaya Paste- 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
  • Onions (sliced)- 1-2
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
  • All Spice- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (zeera)- 1 tsp
  • Yogurt- 1/4 cup
  • Salt- to taste
  • Green Chilies (chopped)- 2 large
  • Oil-( 1/4 + 1/4 Frying onions) cup
  • Coal- 1 + foil (size of hand) + 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
  1. In a large suitable bowl, mix in: Meat, Raw Papaya Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chili Powder, All Spice, Coriander Powder, Yogurt, Green Chilies, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Oil- 1/4 cup and set aside for atleast 60 mins.
  2. In a non stick-able pan, place 1/4 cup of oil and fry the sliced onions till brown. After place the stove heat on medium and add in the Meat Marination; cover with pan lid and let it cook. Half way add in Bell Peppers. Meanwhile on another stove, place the coal till its grey and hot.
  3. Now when the meat is cooked remove it from the stove. Place the Coal over the foil and 1 tbsp of oil on top, immediately place the lid on the pan, and let it sit for good 7 mins.
  4. Remove the foil and Garnish with Cilantro, Onions, Tomatoes…. and … ENJOY
