Chinoti Kunna Gosht – Mutton Stew

Chinoti Kunna Gosht- Mutton Stew

Ingredients
  • Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
  • Onion (sliced)- 1 large
  • Tomato (diced)- 2
  • Garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste- 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Green chilli (chopped)- 1 tsp
  • Coriander (chopped)- 2 tsp
  • Salt- according to taste
  • Oil/ghee- 4 tbsp
  • Wheat flour (atta)- 1 tbsp
  • GARNISH
  • Tomatoes (chopped)- 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli- 1tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped)- 2 tbsp
  • Onion (sliced rings)- 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. In a suitable pan, add oil/ghee, onions and fry for 10 minutes. Add in tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add in meat, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, salt; and Cook on low flame
  3. When meat is tender and about a cup of water is around, add the rest ingredients except wheat flour and cook on low heat with pan lid for about 10 minutes. After add in one cup of water (for gravy purpose).
  4. In a bowl, Mix: in 1 tbsp of wheat flour and half cup of water. Pour this in the pan (for thick gravy). Cook for 10 minutes until the oil is apparent at top.
  5. Dish-out and Garnish with onion, tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander…AND ENJOYYY…:D
