Yummy Fish Cutlets Kabab (Kabob) ❤

Fish Kabab (Kabob) Ingredients:

1. Boneless, Skinless Washed Fish – 1 Pound

2. Chopped Onion – 1 Tbsp

3. Lemon Juice – 1 Tsp (as required)

4. Chopped Ginger and Garlic – 1 Tsp

5. Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp

6. Whole Red Chilli Chopped – 1/2 Tsp

7. Salt – as per taste

8. Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp

9. Chopped Green Chilli’s

10. Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

Marinate Fish Kabab (Kabob) Ingredients:

1. Flour – as needed

2. Eggs – as needed

3. Bread Crumbs – as needed

4. Cooking Oil – for Fry

5. Garnish: Hot sauce & Ketchup

Fish Kabab (Kabob) Method:

1. Add fish in a non stick pot. Add Ingredients 2-5 and steam the fish (or cook) until excess of water dries. Stir the pan occasionally other Fish can stick on the bottom of the pot.

2. Place the Spicy Fish in a bowl.

3. When Spicy Fish cools down, then add Corn Flour, Chopped Chilli and Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.

4. Mush the ingredients with your hands and spread the Fish Mixture into equal round shape.

5. Season the Fish Kabobs into Flour

6. Then Dip the Fish Kabobs into Eggs

7. Lastly Season the Fish Kabobs into Bread Crumbs. Remember to Coat all around the Fish Kabob.

8. Fry the Coated Fish in a non stick pan heated in oil.

9. Fry each side until the desired color appears

10.  Take out the Fish Kabob and place it in a paper-towel so the excess oil is observed.

Notes / Tips:

1. If you want a flavourful and good result than place your coated Fish Kabob in fridge for about 15 to 20 mins. This will help your bread crumbs set.

2. If you want your Fish to be Moist and the texture to be crispy than use Panko Bread Crumbs. Panko Bread Crumbs is a secret ingredient to a mouthwatering and crunchy experience to Fried Fish Kabob.

3. If you want a flavourful alternative to Bread Crumbs than use Oats, Crushed Cereal, Crushed Crackers and Chips.

4. The Delicious Fried Fish Kabob can be served with numerous sauces and seasoning including lemon wedges, cajun seasoning, tartar sauce.

5. Flaky crust with a soft and delicate interior is the best recipe that can be paired with diverse appetizers and main course meals including potato salad, sweet potatoes, french fries, rice with grilled vegetables and dinner rolls.
