Stuffed Chili Pepper Fritters – Stuffed Mirchi Pakora

Benefits of Chilli peppers:
Helps in-digestion, and Improves sore throat


Chillies(slit, and de-seeded)- 3 Large
For Batter
Chickpea flour (besan)- 1 cup
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (zeera)- 1 tsp
Carom seeds (Ajwain)- 1 /2 tsp
Salt- to taste
Baking Soda- a pinch
Coriander (chopped)- 4 tbsp
Green Chilli (chopped)- 3
Water- as required
Red food color- a pinch
For Stuffing :
Potatoes (Boiled, Mashed)- 1 large
Chaat masala- 1 tbsp
(Spices as per taste)
Coriander (chopped)- 1 tsp
  1. Mix the stuffing and stuff in the chillies.
  2. Combine and mix all the ingredients for the batter.
                             Tip: the batter should not be very thick or thin
  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the stuffed chillies until each side is golden-ish brown.
