Nigerian Chicken Shawarma- Stir-Fry Chicken Strips (Wrap Mixture)

Chicken strips (boneless, skinless)- 1 lbs
All Purpose Flour- 1 cup
Egg- 1 large
Milk- 1/4 cup
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Onion powder- 1 tsp
Paprika- 1 tbsp
Garlic powder- 1 tsp
ketchup- 1 tbsp  (Left picture without ketchup Right with Ketchup)
For Frying:
Oil for deep Frying- as required
  1. In a suitable bowl, Combine: All purpose flour, egg, milk, black pepper, salt, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, ketchup and mix well. Add in chicken strips and marinate for 3 hours.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, deep fry the chicken strips until each side is cooked well.
