Turnip Kabob-Shalgam Tikki
- Turnip (shalgam peel boil mash) 2 large sieve press them to drain excess water
- Potato (peel, boil, shredded or mash) 1 large
- Onion 1 small
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Amchour 1 tsp
- Garlic ginger powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Cilantro, coriander fresh 2 tbsp
- Green chilli chopped 2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Corn flour for binding 1 tsp
- Oil for deep fry
Mix them (except oil) and make kabob. Make patties (kabob). Heat oil and fry them until they are golden brown from both sides. Take them out on observing towel. Serve hot your favorite chutnies.
