Seekh Kabab

Grounded Meat- 2 lbs
Garlic and Ginger paste- 2 tbsp
Egg- 2
Onion, paste- 2 tbsp
Yogurt- 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Coriander, chopped- 1/4 cup
Green chilli- 2 tbsp
Spices Mixture (Garam Masala)- 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds, powder- 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds- 2 tbsp
Whole dry coriander- 1 tbsp (Roasted and chopped)
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp (Roasted and chopped)
Whole dry red chilli- 4 (Roasted and chopped)
Carom seeds (ajwan)- a pinch (Roasted and chopped)
Salt- as per required
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp



  1. In a suitable bowl, Combine the above ingredients well. Marinade for at least 4 hours.
  2. Mold handful of the meat mixture around the skewers in order to form seekh kabob shape.
  3. Fry them into a non-stick pan until each side is slightly golden brown, and cooked completely .
  4. Dish-out and garnish the seekh kabab…. AND ENJOY… :)))
