Royal Balochi Saltish Mutton- (Royal Balochi Namkeen Gosht)

Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Green chilli (chopped)- 1 tsp
Coriander (chopped)- 2 tsp
Salt- according to taste
Oil- 2 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Green chilli- 1tbsp
Coriander (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Onion (sliced rings)- 2 tbsp


  1. In a suitable pan, add:, oil, meat, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, salt; and Cook on low flame
  2. When meat is tender and about a cup of water is around, add the rest ingredients and cook on low heat with pan lid (dum) for about 10 minutes.
  3. Dish-out and Garnish with onion, tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander…AND ENJOYYY…:D
