Mango-Honey Puri

Benefits of Mango:
Regulates Thyroid (Thyroid needs vitamin A, which mangoes have. Mangoes also have vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin E), and aids digestion.

Ingredients:
White Flour (Maida)- 1cup
Semolina- 1/4 cup
Mango puree (pulp)- 2 mangoes
Cardamom powder- 1 /2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1/2 tsp
Saffron- pinch
Water- as per needed to make soft dough
Salt- pinch
For Garnish:
Honey- as required
Oil / ghee for Frying:
As per required
Method:

In a suitable bowl, Combine all the given ingredients into a stiff dough.

With the dough, divide and create little/small balls, and roll them out into round plates.

Pour oil in a deep frying pan, and place the pan on high flame.

Drop the round puri in the hot oil, and deep fry till they are reddish golden.

Place your puri on proper paper towel, so that the excess oil could drain off.

After few seconds add Honey on your puri`s. Make sure all the puri`s are well coded with honey.
