Mango Chutney

Benefits of Mango’s:
Regulates Thyroid (Thyroid needs vitamin A, which mangoes have. Mangoes also have vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin E; all important to make thyroid hormones which your body needs), and aids digestion.

Ingredients:

Mangoes, peeled and sliced- 3 large
Coriander, fine chopped- 2 tbsp
Onion, peeled and sliced- 1
Dry fenugreek leaves (kasoori mathi)- 2 tbsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
White Vinegar- 2 tsp
Whole dry coriander- 1 tbsp (Roasted and chopped)
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp (Roasted and chopped)
Whole dry red chilli- 4 (Roasted and chopped)
Carom seeds (ajwan)- a pinch (Roasted and chopped)

Method:

  1. In a suitable bowl, Combine all above ingredients, and mix well.

  2. Place your mango chutney in a dish, and serve with besan-ki-roti or your favorite paratha… and ENJOY :D
