Kunna Gosht (Mutton Stew)

Ingredients:
Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
Onion (sliced)- 1 large
Tomato (diced)- 2
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Green chilli (chopped)- 1 tsp
Coriander (chopped)- 2 tsp
Salt- according to taste
Oil/ghee- 4 tbsp
Wheat flour (atta)- 1 tbsp
GARNISH:
Tomatoes (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Green chilli- 1tbsp
Coriander (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Onion (sliced rings)- 2 tbsp
Method:
  1. In a suitable pan, add oil/ghee, onions and fry for 10 minutes. Add in tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add in meat, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, salt; and Cook on low flame
  3. When meat is tender and about a cup of water is around, add the rest ingredients except wheat flour and cook on low heat with pan lid for about 10 minutes. After add in one cup of water (for gravy purpose).
  4. In a bowl, Mix: in 1 tbsp of wheat flour and half cup of water. Pour this in the pan (for thick gravy). Cook for 10 minutes until the oil is apparent at top.
  5. Dish-out and Garnish with onion, tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander…AND ENJOYYY…:D
