Keema Methi Cutlets. Ground Meat with Fenugreek kabobs

  1. Beef keema ground beef 1 pound
  2. Fenugreek (methi) 1 cup
  3. Ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder or flakes 1 tsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
  6. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder/haldi 1 tsp
  8. Gram masala 1 tsp
  9. Corn flour 1 tsp
  10. Olive oil for frying
  11. Onion chopped 1 small
  12. Fresh coriander leaves ΒΌ cup
  13. Cumin seeds, shahi zeera 1 tsp

Method: in mixing bowl mix whole ingredients with the help of your hand mix well. Make soft and silky dough. Shift and this dough on cool place at least 1 hour. Make small balls out of this mixture and careful flatten bit by pressing it between your palms, give them round patty cutlet shape.

Heat oil in frying pan/kadahi and deep fry on medium low flame, until golden and crisp from both sides, drain on paper towel or napkin. You can store in a tight container. Enjoy tummy favorite snack.
