Keema Methi Cutlets. Ground Meat with Fenugreek kabobs
- Beef keema ground beef 1 pound
- Fenugreek (methi) 1 cup
- Ginger, garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder or flakes 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
- Amchur powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder/haldi 1 tsp
- Gram masala 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tsp
- Olive oil for frying
- Onion chopped 1 small
- Fresh coriander leaves ΒΌ cup
- Cumin seeds, shahi zeera 1 tsp
Method: in mixing bowl mix whole ingredients with the help of your hand mix well. Make soft and silky dough. Shift and this dough on cool place at least 1 hour. Make small balls out of this mixture and careful flatten bit by pressing it between your palms, give them round patty cutlet shape.
Heat oil in frying pan/kadahi and deep fry on medium low flame, until golden and crisp from both sides, drain on paper towel or napkin. You can store in a tight container. Enjoy tummy favorite snack.
