  1. Beef cubs- 2 cup
  2. Gram lentil (Chana dal) (soaked 1 hour)- ¼ cup
  3. Onion (cubed)- 1 medium
  4. Garlic Ginger Paste- 1 tbsp
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. Garam masala- 1 tbsp
  7. Whole red chilli- 4-5 pieces
  8. Water- ½ cup
  9. Bitter melon (karela) Chopped – 2 big
  10. Onion chopped- 1 large
  11. Chopped Coriander and mint Leaves- ¼ cup
  12. Bread Crumb- ¼ cup
  13. Egg- 1
  1. In a Suitable pan cook: beef cubes, soaked gram lentil, onion, garlic ginger paste, salt, gram masala, whole red chilli, and add in water. First cook on high flame, when the mixture starts to boil place the flame on low: until the water evaporates.
  2. Cook till meat is tender and soft.
  3. When it gets cool. Put the mixture in a chopper and chop. Now fry the bitter melon and onion one by one until they get golden-ish brown. Mix with kabob mixture, Chopped Coriander, Mint Leaves, and Bread Crumbs. Give them Kabob Shape and Fry till you get nice dark brown crust.
