Cupcakes- Recipe

Ingredients for Icing:
  • Butter- 1/2 cup
  • Icing Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp

Method for Icing:

  1. In a suitable bowl, beat butter, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until soft.

Ingredients for Cupcakes:

  • Plain Flour- 1 cup
  • Icing Sugar- 1 cup
  • Butter- 1 cup
  • Baking Powder- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs- 4
  • Vanilla Extract- 2 tsp

Method for Cupcakes:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a suitable bowl, beat butter and sugar into a fluffy mix.
  3. Add in flour, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract and salt into the mix.
  4. Place the mixture in muffin tin with paper cases. Bake for 20 minutes (till Golden).
  5. Now Garnish/decorate your cupcakes with icing, (Be creative :) )
