Coriander Meat Fry- (Hara Masala Bhuna Gosht)

Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
Onion (sliced)- 2
Garlic cloves- 1 tbsp
Garlic (sliced)- 1 tsp
Yogurt- 1/3 cup
Cumin seed- 1 tsp
Red chilli- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Whole Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Coriander (chopped)- 1/3 cup
Green Chilli (chopped)- 5
Salt- to taste
Oil- 1/4 cup
  1. In a suitable pan, Fry onion in oil until golden-ish brown and dish-out on kitchen paper towel.
  2. Add above ingredients and cook until the meat is tender and cooked. Add in the golden-ish brown onion and cook for 10 minutes with pan lid.
                   Tip: Crush the fried onions with finger tips.
  1. Dish-out, and Garnish with chopped coriander, green chilies, lemon and ginger slices… and… ENJOY..:D
