Coconut Rainbow Burfi Fudge Bars

Ingredients:

1. Coconut flakes (Rainbow, or Plain color)- 5 cups
2. Sweetened Condensed Milk- 14 oz (one can)
3. Saffron- 2 tbsp
4. Cardamom (powder)- 1 tsp
5. Butter/Ghee- 2 tsp
6. Food colors (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green)- a pinch
7. Silver foil (chandi ka warq)
8. Dry nuts (chopped) 1/4 cup

Method:

1. In a suitable bowl, Mix: Ingredients 1 to 5 well.
2. Divide the mixture into 5 equal size portions, and sprinkle desired color on each portion, and mix well.
3. Shape the coconut mixture into oval long balls.
4. Garnish with your favorite chopped dry nuts and Silver foil (shandi ka warq)…and… ENJOY :)))
