Chicken Tzatziki Sandwhich- Recipe

Ingredients For Chicken Tzatziki:

Chicken Breast (Skinless, Boneless)- 1 cup
Greek Yogurt- 1/2 cup
Garlic and Ginger Paste- 1 tsp
Cucumbers (Fined Chopped) – 2 tbsp
Fresh Mint- 1 tbsp
Fined Chopped Dill- 1 tbsp
Oregano Leaves (Fined Chopped)- 1tsp
Sea Salt- a pinch (as per taste)
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Olive Oil- 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Sandwhich:

Italian Bread- 9 inches
Tomatoes (sliced)- 1
Cucumber (sliced)- 1/2
Coleslaw- Few
Chadder and Modzellera cheese- 2 Slices
Onion (sliced)- few
Black Olives- 2 tbsp
Lettuce Leaves- Few


  1. In a suitable bowl, Combine ingredients for Chicken Tzatziki and Marinate for 2 hours.
  2. In a non-stick pan, place in the Chicken Tzatziki and cook until whole water (from the chicken) absorbs and is completely cooked and Dish-out.
  3. Slice open the Italian Bread and place Chadder and Modzellera cheese on top and Grill until the cheese melts and the bread toasts. Now fill in Tomatoes, Cucumber, Coleslaw, Onion, Lettuce, Black Olives, and place on top the warm Chicken Tzatziki.
