Spicy Chicken Masala- Teekha Murgh- Chatpata Murgh- Recipe



Chicken- 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp (crushed)
Black pepper -1/2 tsp (crushed)
Nutmeg and mace powder-1 tsp
Whole dry coriander- 1 tbsp (chopped)
Carom seeds (ajwan)- a pinch
Red chilli crushed- 1 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Whole Garam Masala- 1tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Garlic- 5 cloves
Ginger, thin sliced- t tbsp
Tomato- 4-5 (chopped)
Green Chilli- 6 (chopped)
Coriander- 2 tbsp
Olive Oil/ghee- 1/4 cup



  1. In a suitable cooking pan, add all of the above ingredients place on high flame.
  2. Cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce dry’s.
  3. Dish-out and garnish with green chilli, chopped coriander and lemon. Serve with naan or paratha… and Enjoy..:D
