Bihari Kabob- Grilled Yogurt Kabob

  1. Boneless beef (thin plus long strips) – 2 ponds
  2. Garlic onion ginger paste- 2 tbsp
  3. Raw papaya paste – 2 tsp
  4. Yogurt- 2 tsp
  5. Whole Gram Masala Powder 1 tsp
  6. Chilli Powder-1 tsp
  7. Salt-½ tsp
  8. Charcoal 1
  1. In large bowl mix all the above ingredients (except charcoal). Mix them well.
  2. Skew in skewer carefully (as pic mention)
  3. Heat the pan place skewer one by one. Let them fry until they are cooked. When a nice aroma come out and water is soaked, it means that the kabab are cooked.
  4. Dish out give smoke to the charcoal
  5. Traditional state of Bihari dish is ready to serve with salad, rice, chutney and or Hummus.
