Beet Root Sauce- (Chukandar ki Chutney)

Beetroots are Rich in three major nutrients: Potassium, magnesium, beta carotene; This ultimately keeps your bones strong.




Beetroot (boiled, peeled and mashed)- 3
Garlic- 6 pieces
Green chilli- 1
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Cumin seed- 1 tsp
Olive Oil- 1 tbsp
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Salt- as per required



  1. In a Blender, Combine the above ingredients and blend well.
  2. Pour out and….ENJOY…:D
