Avocado Rice

Avocado Rice Minutes Recipe

Rice  (boiled) – 150g

Avacado (washed, peeled, smashed)- 2 large

Tomatoes (chopped) – 2

Onion (fine chopped) -1 tbsp

Garlic (chopped) –  ½ teaspoon

Black pepper-½ tbsp

Salt –  to taste

Olive oil  –  1 tbsp

Lemon juice –  1 tbsp

Cashew Nuts- hand full

Eggs –   as desired

Note: modify and add ingridents according to taste


In suitable bowl, Avacado (washed, peeled, smashed), Onion (fine chopped), Garlic, Black pepper, salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix these ingridents well.

In a separate dish, place rice in a rectangular shapper. Press rice with spatula and spread evenly.

Add avocado paste on rice and spread evenly.

Take the rectangular shapper out once the rice has formed the shape.

Now decorate avocado rice with tomatoes, cashew nuts and eggs.
