Tandoori Seekh Kabab-Recipe

Tandoori Seekh Kabob Ingredients: 

  • Mince- 2 pounds
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- 1 tbsp
  • Chili Powder- 1 tbsp
  • Raw Papaya- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Seeds (chopped)- 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds (chopped)- 1 tbsp
  • Mint plus Coriander leaves- ¼ cup
  • All spices Garma Masala (Powder)- 1 tbsp
  • Red color (optional)
  • Yogurt- 2 tbsp
  • Onion
  • Bread Crumbs- ¼ cup

Egg- 1

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a suitable bowl, Mix them well. Marinate for 1 hour. Give Shape of Seekh Kabob using the help out the back side of a spoon.
  2. Heat the oil (2 tbsp). Heat the griddle or pan and place seekh kabob on it.
  3. Fry them until they are well cooked from both sides.
