Tandoori Seekh Kabab-Recipe

Tandoori Seekh Kabob Ingredients:
- Mince- 2 pounds
- Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
- Salt- 1 tbsp
- Chili Powder- 1 tbsp
- Raw Papaya- 1 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds (chopped)- 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds (chopped)- 1 tbsp
- Mint plus Coriander leaves- ¼ cup
- All spices Garma Masala (Powder)- 1 tbsp
- Red color (optional)
- Yogurt- 2 tbsp
- Onion
- Bread Crumbs- ¼ cup
Egg- 1
- Mix all the above ingredients in a suitable bowl, Mix them well. Marinate for 1 hour. Give Shape of Seekh Kabob using the help out the back side of a spoon.
- Heat the oil (2 tbsp). Heat the griddle or pan and place seekh kabob on it.
- Fry them until they are well cooked from both sides.
