Coriander Tomato Fig Sauce-(Hara Dhania Anjeer Chutney)

Ingredients:
Coriander- 1 cup
Tomatoes- 1 large
Garlic- 8 pieces
Green chilli- 3
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seed- 1 tsp
Asafoetida (hing)- a pinch
Tamarind pulp (imli)- 1 tbsp
Jaggery (Gur)- 2 tbsp
Salt- as per required
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Olive Oil- 1 tbsp

 

Method:
  1. In a Blender, Combine the above ingredients and blend well.
  2. Pour out and….ENJOY…:D
