Ingredients:
Chicken thighs (Skinless, Boneless)- 1 cup
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder (Allspice)- 1 tsp
Garlic chopped- 1 tsp
Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
Vinegar- 2 tsp
Salt- as required
For Garnish:
Onion (chopped, fried)- 1
Tomatoes (chopped, fried)- 1
Lemon- 1
Cucumber- 2
Method:

Cut the chicken into slices, and marinate the ingredients for 4 hours.

Fry the chicken until cooked and golden-ish brown.

Dish-out and garnish with fried onions and tomatoes…..and ENJOY…:D
