This (Mirchi Pakora) Stuffed Chilli Pepper Fritters are stuffed with deliciousness. Chili Pakoras are so Yummy that will bring Spice to your life. Try it!
Ingredients
- Chilies(slit, and seeded)- 3 Large
Ingredients for Batter
- Chickpea flour (besan)- 1 cup
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds (zeera)- 1 tsp
- Carom seeds (Ajwain)- 1 /2 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Baking Soda- a pinch
- Coriander (chopped)- 4 tbsp
- Green Chilli (chopped)- 3
- Water- as required
- Red food color- a pinch
Ingredients for Stuffing:
- Potatoes (Boiled, Mashed)- 1 large
- Chaat masala- 1 tbsp
- (Spices as per taste)
- Coriander (chopped)- 1 tsp
Directions
- Mix the stuffing and stuff in the chillies.
- Combine and mix all the ingredients for the batter.
- Tip: the batter should not be very thick or thin
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the stuffed chillies until each side is golden-ish brown.
