Rohu Fish, Beetroot & Cauliflower Curry (Machli, Chukandar aur Gobi ka Salon (Gravy))
Today, I went to the Supermarket and in soo many Fishes I found the Delicious Rohu Fish to be soo attractive and Incredibly Gorgeous. Rohu is an economical Fish and it is extensively Large, Silver color. Rohu is a freshwater species that is commonly enjoyed and eaten in South Asia. Its enriched with Omega-3 fatty acid.
Beetroot boosts Iron & Immune System. The Superfood improves digestion and lowers blood Pressure. Individuals that intake Raw Vegetables in their everyday diet they are Healthier & Rich in Protein. When Rohu Fish & Vegetables are combined together it gives more energy and purifies blood.
The super Healthy Cauliflower is a source of carbohydrate. Cauliflower provides individuals with an array of an antioxidant nutrients and is a great and excellent source of Vitamin C. Plus it brings out a rich texture and flavourful taste when combined with spices.
Rohu Fish Ingredients:
1. Rohu Fish (I Cleaned & Washed Rohu Fish with Salt & Turmeric Powder) – 6 pieces
2. All Purpose Flour – 3 Spoon
3. Corn Flour – 1 Spoon
4. Ginger Garlic Paste
5. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
6. Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
7. Lemon Juice
8. Salt – as per taste
9. Water – little bit
10. Oil For Frying
Rohu Fish Method:
1. In large Bowl add all the ingredients 2-9. Mix well.
2. Marinate Rohu fish and Mix carefully.
3. Place aside for 1 -2 hours. (In Summer you can refrigerate)
4. In non suitable pan add oil. Once oil is heated drop spicy marinated Rohu Fish one by one.
5. Fry till fish turns golden and crunchy (Stir occasionally).
6. Place the Fish in a paper towel to drain excess oil.
7. Now Rohu Fish is waiting to go in Vegetables.
Vegetable Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower (Gobi)- 1 Cup
2. Beetroot (Boiled Chukandar) – 1 Cup
3. Chopped Tomatoes – 2
4. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbso
5. Kashmiri Mirch Powder – 1 Tsp
6. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
7. Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
8. Salt – as per taste
9. Water – if needed
10. Cooking Oil
11. Baby Spinach – Garnishing
For Tempering:
-
1. Cumin Seed – 1/2 Tsp
2. Carmon Seeds (Ajwain) – pinch
3. Mustard Seed -
4. Dry Red Chilli – 4-5 pieces
5. Curry Leaves – few
6. Onion (Peeled & Sliced) – 1
Fish, Beetroot & Cauliflower Curry (Machli, Chukandar aur Gobi ka Salon (Gravy)) Ingredients:
1. In a non stick pan add oil. Once heated add tempering ingredients.
2. When the ingredients pop up add onions. Fry until golden brown.
3. Add all vegetables and spices. In low to medium flame let them cook and allow the excess of water to leave. If necessary pour half cup of water. Be aware the food should not stick on pan.
4. When aroma arises, it means the Vegetable Curry is ready to be served. (For better result you can add 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice and 1/2 Garam Masala Powder. Steamed Velvety Dish is ready!)
5. Dishout and garnish with favourite greens. I decorated with Chopped Baby Spinach Leaves.
6. Also for a fabulous appearance and delicious touch decorate Fried Rohu Fish on top.
