How to Make Saffron Walnut Kulfi
Shirazi Kesar Walnut Kulfi
Ingredients:
Vanilla Custard Powder- 2 tbsp
Milk- 2 and 1 /2 cup
Milk Cream- 1 /2 cup
Condensed Milk- 1 can
Chopped Walnut- 2 cups
Chopped Almonds- 3 tbsp
Chopped Pistachios- 3 tbsp
Cardamom seeds – 1 tsp
Saffron- a pinch
Decor:
Chopped Walnut- 2 cups
Saffron- a pinch
Method:
1. In a suitable pan, bring 2 cups of full-cream milk to boil.
2. Add vanilla custard powder in 1 /2 milk and stir well. Add this custard milk with the boiling milk (stir continuously on low heat to avoid any lumps).
3. Add the remaining ingredients: Milk cream, Chopped walnut, Almonds, pistachios, cardamom seeds, and Saffron. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes on low heat
4. Pour the mixture into disposable plastic glasses, and decorate the topping with Walnuts and saffron.
5. Freeze the glasses for at least 6 hours, and cut the Frozen Kulfi according to your style.
