Quick & Easy Crispy Fried Fish
Fried Fish Ingredients:
1. Fish Fillet (Catfish, Tilapia) 15 pieces (Rinse the Boneless and Skinless Fish and dry with paper towel. For crispier texture cut the Fish lengthwise to get thickness.)
2. All-Purpose Flour – 1 Cup
3. Corn Flour – 1 Tbsp
4. Paprika – 1/2 Tsp
5. Salt & Pepper (according to taste)
6. Vegetable Oil – for Cooking
Steps / Method for Crispy Fried Fish:
1. In a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Now Coat Fish Fillets into the mixture properly from each side. Avoid excess flour on the Fish Fillet. Repeat the step for each Fish Fillet one by one.
3. Meanwhile, add vegetable oil into a non-stick pan. Make sure the oil is heated well before you add Fish Fillet.
4. Fry the Fish from one side until Golden-brown (or suitable color which you prefer) color appears. Then gently flip the Fish and fry! Repeat this step for the rest pieces.
5. Carefully Dishout Fish Fillet from the pan and onto a paper towel. In order for the excess oil to drain from the Fish.
6. Serve & Enjoy the Crispy Fried Fish with favorite sauce.
Tips / Notes:

Avoid Butter and Olive Oil, as they will burn the fish and crispy Golden-brown color will not appear.

Make sure your Fish Fillet is Skinless and Boneless.

Remove excess Flour from the fish. Otherwise, the excess Flour fill burn the pan and the Fish will turn dark in color.

The right amount of Flour will allow the Fish to be moist, crispy and tender.

Fish can be served with any dipping, sauce or appetizer including salad.
