Fresh Mango Pulp- 1 cup
Full-Cream Milk – 2 cup
Condensed Milk- 1 can
Corn Flour- 2 tsp (Mixed well in 4 tbsp of Milk)
Khoya- half cup
Cool Whipped Cream- 1 cup
Cardamom seeds – 1 tsp
Saffron- a pinch
Rosewater- 1 tsp
Decor:
Sliced Mangoes- 2 cups
Saffron- a pinch
Method:
1. In a suitable pan, bring 2 cups of full-cream milk to boil.
2. Add Khoya and condensed milk and cook until milk thickens. Add the Corn Flour mixture with the boiling milk (stir continuously on low heat to avoid any lumps). Cool the Rabdi completely.
3. Blend the remaining ingredients: Fresh mango pulp, cardamom seeds, and Saffron, cool whipped cream and rose water.
4. Pour the mixture into disposable plastic glasses, and decorate the topping with Mango slices and saffron.
5. Freeze the glasses for at least 6 hours or overnight, and cut the Frozen Kulfi according to your style.
