Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Cookies are loved all season long, as for most of us cookies was that one dessert that we all craved for. Cookie has no age constrain it can be eaten by anyone and everyone at any time.
I remember when my grandmother used to make cookies, I use to request for seconds, thirds and even fourths. She knew I was a big fan of cookies, so she uses to make extras for me. My grandmother used to hide it in a special area, which only I was aware of.
Well today OMGies is presenting a special kind of cookies, cause if you don’t know I will tell you, OMGies is a huge fan of chocolate, and the more chocolate the more better. So today OMGies has bought the homemade recipe for Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies.
- All Purpose Flour- 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder- 2 cups
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Butter (room temp)- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Confectioners Sugar- 1 cup
- Egg- 1
- Milk- 1 tbsp
- Vanilla- 1 tsp
- Milk- 1tbsp
- White Mini Chocolate Chunks- 1 cup
- Coconut Shreds- 1/4 cup
- Using a hand mixer: Blend in: Butter and Sugar until creamy. Add in Eggs, Vanilla, Milk and blend. Remove hand mixer and fold in carefully All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Mini chocolate chunks.
- PreHeat Oven on 350 F and line Baking sheets on baking try for cookies.
- Make balls from cookie dough and roll them into confectioners sugar and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle Coconut shreds on top.
- Bake for 10 mins. and let the cookies cool for 5 mins. and CELEBRATE with these delicious cookies.
I personally love Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies as they are so soft and chewy and the best part is that they are made with double chocolate. If you want you can sprinkle cocoa powder on top for a sweet taste.
