<p>Aloo Saag Curry (Spicy Spinach Potato Curry) with Roti (Flat Bread) Method:</p>
<p>1. In a pot add 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp Cumin seeds, 3 to 4 dry red chilli, 1/2 tsp Carom seeds, 4 to 5 Curry leaves &amp; chopped onion fry till golden brown.</p>
<p>3. 2 medium size chopped Potato, add 1 whole packet of frozen Spinach and 2 chopped Tomatoes and add into pan</p>
<p>4.. 1 tbsp Garlic ginger paste</p>
<p>5. Add Red Chili Powder, Tumeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt to taste in pan<br />
6. Stir all the ingredients well. Leave the pan to high to low flame until it is ready!!! 7. 2 chopped green chili and fresh chopped Coriander<br />
8. Leave the pan on low flame for few minutes, until aroma.</p>
<p>9. Serve Aloo Saag Curry (Spicy Spinach Potato Curry) with Roti (Flat Bread)</p>

Rohu is an economical Fish and it is extensively Large, Silver color. Rohu is a freshwater species that is commonly enjoyed and eaten in South Asia. Its enriched with Omega-3 fatty acid.</h3>

<h3>Beetroot boosts Iron &amp; Immune System. The Superfood improves digestion and lowers blood Pressure. Individuals that intake Raw Vegetables in their everyday diet they are Healthier &amp; Rich in Protein. When Rohu Fish &amp; Vegetables are combined together it gives more energy and purifies blood.</h3>

<h3>The super Healthy Cauliflower is a source of carbohydrate. Cauliflower provides individuals with an array of an antioxidant nutrients and is a great and excellent source of Vitamin C. Plus it brings out a rich texture and flavourful taste when combined with spices.</h3>

<h3>1. Rohu Fish (I Cleaned &amp; Washed Rohu Fish with Salt &amp; Turmeric Powder) &#8211; 6 pieces</h3>
<h3>2. All Purpose Flour &#8211; 3 Spoon</h3>
<h3>3. Corn Flour &#8211; 1 Spoon</h3>
<h3>4. Ginger Garlic Paste</h3>
<h3>5. Turmeric Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp</h3>
<h3> 6. Chilli Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp</h3>
<h3>7. Lemon Juice</h3>
<h3>8. Salt &#8211; as per taste</h3>
<h3>9. Water &#8211; little bit</h3>
<h3>10. Oil For Frying</h3>

<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Rohu Fish Method:</span></h2>
<h3>1. In large Bowl add all the ingredients 2-9. Mix well.</h3>
<h3>2. Marinate Rohu fish and Mix carefully.</h3>
<h3>3. Place aside for 1 -2 hours. (In Summer you can refrigerate)</h3>
<h3>4. In non suitable pan add oil. Once oil is heated drop spicy marinated Rohu Fish one by one.</h3>
<h3>5. Fry till fish turns golden and crunchy (Stir occasionally).</h3>
<h3>6. Place the Fish in a paper towel to drain excess oil.</h3>
<h3>7. Now Rohu Fish is waiting to go in Vegetables.</h3>

<h3>5. Kashmiri Mirch Powder &#8211; 1 Tsp</h3>
<h3>6. Turmeric Powder &#8211; 1/2 Tsp</h3>
<h3>7. Coriander Powder &#8211; 1 Tsp</h3>
<h3>8. Salt &#8211; as per taste</h3>
<h3>9. Water &#8211; if needed</h3>
<h3>10. Cooking Oil</h3>
<h3>11. Baby Spinach &#8211; Garnishing</h3>

<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Fish, Beetroot &amp; Cauliflower Curry (Machli, Chukandar aur Gobi ka Salon (Gravy)) Ingredients:</span></h2>
<h3>1. In a non stick pan add oil. Once heated add tempering ingredients.</h3>
<h3>2. When the ingredients pop up add onions. Fry until golden brown.</h3>
<h3>3. Add all vegetables and spices. In low to medium flame let them cook and allow the excess of water to leave. If necessary pour half cup of water. Be aware the food should not stick on pan.</h3>
<h3>4. When aroma arises, it means the Vegetable Curry is ready to be served. (For better result you can add 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice and 1/2 Garam Masala Powder. Steamed Velvety Dish is ready!)</h3>
<h3>5. Dishout and garnish with favourite greens. I decorated with Chopped Baby Spinach Leaves.</h3>
<h3> 6. Also for a fabulous appearance and delicious touch decorate Fried Rohu Fish on top.</h3>

<h3> 1. Even though Rohu is very Healthy but be careful as the fish contains bones which can bother elder and kids while eating.</h3>
<h3>2. Raw Beetroots may be a bit difficult to cut so it is more efficient to cook the Beetroot in a pressure Cooker.</h3>
<h3>3. Always remember to choose the freshest and clean Cauliflower with no discolouration</h3>

<h3>1. Rohu Fish (I Cleaned &amp; Washed Rohu Fish with Salt &amp; Turmeric Powder) – 6 pieces</h3>

<h3>3. Corn Flour – 1 Spoon</h3>
<h3>4. Ginger Garlic Paste</h3>
<h3>5. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp</h3>
<h3> 6. Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp</h3>
<h3>7. Lemon Juice</h3>
<h3>8. Salt – as per taste</h3>
<h3>9. Water – little bit</h3>
<h3>10. Oil For Frying</h3>

<h2>Rohu Fish Method:</h2>
<h3>1. In large Bowl add all the ingredients 2-9. Mix well.</h3>
<h3>2. Marinate Rohu fish and Mix carefully.</h3>
<h3>3. Place aside for 1 -2 hours. (In Summer you can refrigerate)</h3>
<h3>4. In non suitable pan add oil. Once oil is heated drop spicy marinated Rohu Fish one by one.</h3>
<h3>5. Fry till fish turns golden and crunchy (Stir occasionally).</h3>
<h3>6. Place the Fish in a paper towel to drain excess oil.</h3>
<h3>7. Now Rohu Fish is waiting to go in Vegetables.</h3>

<h2>Zucchini /Ridge Gourd Curry (Tauri Sabzi) Method:</h2>
<h3>1. In suitable pan add oil, once heated add Chopped Onions. Fry till Golden brown.</h3>
<h3>2. Add Zucchini and Ingredients 3-7. Mix well. Let them cook in low flame</h3>
<h3>3. Try to cook the Sabzi in its own water, as Tauri and Tomatoes contain a lot of water. Thus, it will cook in its own juices. However, if the Sazi sticks on pan than you can add little bit of water.</h3>
<h3>3. When the aroma arises it means the Tauri Sabzi is ready to be served!</h3>

<h3>* If Desired, add 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice and Garam Masala to enhance the taste and give it an aromatic flavor.</h3>
