<li>In large bowl add chicken minced a long with all ingredient. Mix very well. Leave at least 2 hours. Adjust spices if necessary</li>
<li>Heat oil in frying pan, take tennis ball size meat mixture on your palm/hand and give shape of patty/kabob</li>
<li>Gentle drop into frying pan, fry them until turns golden, redish from both sides</li>

<p><strong>Marination: </strong></p>
<p><strong>In a large bowl, add Chicken pieces and ingredients (4-8). Once chicken is marinated (coated) with spices, add chopped tomatoes and coconut powder. Mix them well. Once the chicken becomes tender and appears thick then cover and place it aside for 15 mins. If time allows, place marinated bowl over night.</strong></p>
<p><strong>METHOD:</strong></p>

<li><strong>In a large non-stick pan add chopped onions, oil. Fry the onion until the color turn brown.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Now add Marinated Chicken. Stir the ingredients well. Fry chicken until brown each side.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Chicken should be cooked and if needed pour water. When the sauce seems to be thick and bubbling plus fragrant arises then Chicken is ready!</strong></li>
