Also I sometimes like adding in Whip-Cream (1/4 cup) to my Pina Colada. That is just because it gives an extra whippy and creamy texture. But that is really sometimes, lol. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Pina Coladas are always a highlight to parties. This cocktail is always remembered of. You really can drink it when ever you want. From winter to Summer. Pina Colada&#8217;s don&#8217;t really have to be left for just the summer! Well at OMGies house, We usually starting off our parties by a Welcome Drink, than Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert and finally ending off with Kahwa, Tea or Chai. My experience from all the parties from the past, is that everyone LOVES Pina Colada&#8217;s.  Pina Colada is LIFE&#8217;s best pleasure! </span></p>

<h5>In a suitable bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dough to form a soft and smooth dough. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 20- 30 minutes.</h5>

<h5><span style="color: #000000;">In a non-stick frying pan, add oil and cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds splutter, add in the Moong Dal and the above ingredients for filling. And cook the dal until golden-ish brown on low heat. And dish out to cool.</span></h5>

<h5><span style="color: #000000;">Divide the dough in equal size and add in the filling according to your dough size and choice. Now roll out your dough carefully and deep fry until each side is golden-ish brown.</span></h5>

<li class="ingredient">Beetroot Water- Enough to make firm dough(Mix the above ingredients to make a medium soft dough, after cover the dough with a wet cloth for 1 hour).<span style="text-decoration: underline;"></div>

<li class="ingredient">Green Chilies- 2</li>

<li>In a non-stick pan, Melt butter on medium heat and add in the egg mixture and cover.</li>
<li>After 5 minutes carefully flip the omelette. Dish-out when the omelette is cooked.</li>
<li>Divide the paratha dough into desired sizes, make round balls, and roll them out into a round shape roti (chapati&#8217;s).</li>
<li>Now on a roti, place omelette on top and cover the omelette with another roti (chapati); and press the edges of both the rolled roti&#8217;s firmly.</li>
<li>Place the roti into a hot pan (tawa) with oil and cook. When the roti is golden-ish brown from both sides dish out and garnish with your favorite sauces.</li>

<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item">Salt- 1 tbsp</li>
<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item">Red chilli powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item">Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp</li>
<li class="blog-yumprint-ingredient-item">Oil- 2 tbsp</li>

<p>Ingredients for Keema (Paratha Stuffing):</p>

<li class="ingredient">Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">Onions (cubbed)- 1</li>
<li class="ingredient">Turmeric Powder- ½ tbsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">Chilli Powder- 1 tsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">All Spice- 1 tsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">Coriander Powder &#8211; 1 tsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">Cumin Seeds (zeera)- 1 tsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">Yogurt- 1 tbsp</li>
<li class="ingredient">Salt- to taste</li>
<li class="ingredient">Green Chilies (chopped)- 1</li>
<li class="ingredient">Oil- 2 tbsps</li>
</ul>

<p><strong> Instructions: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, Mix: Whole wheat flour, onion chopped, tomatoes chopped coriander chopped, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil (all the ingredients listed for paratha dough, see above).</li>
<li class="instruction">Add in little by little water in order to create a soft dough. Cover with moist cloth and set aside for half hour.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li class="instruction">In a large suitable bowl, mix in: Meat, Raw Papaya Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chili Powder, All Spice, Coriander Powder, Yogurt, Green Chilies, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt and set aside for atleast 60 mins.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a non stick-able pan, place ¼ cup of oil and fry the sliced onions till brown. After place the stove heat on medium and add in the Meat Marination; cover with pan lid and let it cook (until brown).</li>
<li class="instruction">Now when the meat is cooked remove it from the stove.</li>
<li class="instruction">Divide the paratha dough into desired sizes, make round balls, and roll them out into a round shape roti&#8217;s (chapati&#8217;s).</li>
<li class="instruction">Take a portion of Keema and spread in one of the roti (chapati).</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover this dough with another roti (chapati), and press the edges of both the rolled roti (chapati) firmly.</li>
<li class="instruction">Apply dry flour and roll out into roti (chapati) form.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place the roti (chapati) into a hot pan (tawa) with oil, when the roti is golden brown from both the sides place into serving plate.</li>
<li class="instruction">Garnish with butter/ghee, and Serve with Mango chutney (or achar).</li>

<h5>Bring water to Boil and then add Brain with:</h5>

<h5><strong>Method:</strong></h5>

<h5>In a suitable non stick pan, Add: oil, and onion. After 5 mins of fry, add in cumin seeds and curry leaves.</h5>

<h5>Add in all the remaining ingredients plus the boiled(clean) brain, Mix well and cover with pan lid for 15 mins. Add in Fenugreek and cover with pan until cooked.</h5>

<h5>Dish-out and GARNISH with your favorite salad….and…don`t forget to ENJOYYY…:D</h5>

<h5>Pan Fried Beef Liver Recipe also known as Kaleji Fry</h5>
<h5><strong>Ingredients:</strong></h5>
<h5>Beef or Lamb liver (kaleji)- 1 lb<br />
Ginger (flakes)- 2 tsp<br />
Garlic paste- 1 tsp<br />
Onion (chopped)- 1 large<br />
Tomatoes (chopped)- 1<br />
Curry leaves- 6<br />
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp<br />
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp<br />
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp<br />
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp<br />
Whole Garam Masala – 1 tsp<br />
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp<br />
Dried Plum (آلوبخارا, Aloo Bukhara)- 4<br />
Coriander (chopped)- 1 /4 cup<br />
Green chilli (chopped)-3<br />
Oil- as per required<br />
Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi)- 2 tbsp</h5>

<h5><strong>Method:</strong></h5>
<ol>

<h5>In a suitable non stick pan, Add: oil, and onion. After 5 mins of fry, add in cumin seeds and curry leaves.</h5>
</li>
<li>
<h5>Add in all the remaining ingredients plus the liver (kaleji). Mix well and fry for 5 mintues.</h5>
</li>
<li>
<h5>Now add 1 cup of water and cook on medium-low flame till the liver (kalegi) is tender and gravy remain.</h5>
</li>
<li>
<h5>Add in Fenugreek and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.</h5>
</li>
<li>
<h5>Dish-out and GARNISH with your favorite salad….and…don`t forget to ENJOYYY…:D</h5>
