- Meat (Goat or (Lamb, Beef))- 1 lb
- Garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Ginger paste- 1 tsp
- Garam Masala- 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Green chilli (chopped)- 1 tsp
- Coriander (chopped)- 2 tsp
- Salt- according to taste
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- GARNISH
- Tomatoes (chopped)- 2 tbsp
- Green chilli- 1tbsp
- Coriander (chopped)- 2 tbsp
- Onion (sliced rings)- 2 tbsp
Instructions
- In a suitable pan, add:, oil, meat, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, salt; and Cook on low flame
- When meat is tender and about a cup of water is around, add the rest ingredients and cook on low heat with pan lid (dum) for about 10 minutes.
- Dish-out and Garnish with onion, tomatoes, green chilli, and coriander…AND ENJOYYY…:D
