Ingredients

  • Pitaya- (Dragon Fruit)-  1
  • Sapodilla (Chicoo)- 2
  • Strawberries- hand-full
  • Cherries – hand-full
  • Blueberries- hand-full
  • Kiwis (peeled and cut into large chunks)- 2
  • Orange (peeled and cut into large chunks)- 2
  • Banana- 1
  • Lychee (peeled and remove seed)- hand-full
  • Add in your favorite Yogurt (preferred: Vanilla flavored)-  as per required consistency.
  • Scoop full of your Protein Powder

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend well.
