Ingredients
  1. Peanuts- 1/4 cup
  2. Green Raisins- 1/4 cup
  3. Almonds-1/4 cup
  4. Walnuts- 1/4 cup
  5. Cashews- 1/4 cup
  6. Pistachios- 1/4 cup
  7. Char Magaz- 1/4 cup
  8. Coconut Flakes- 2 tbsp
  9. Cardamon Seeds- 1 tsp
  10. Goond- 1/4 cup
  11. Makhana Seeds (Lotus Seeds)- 1/2 cup
  12. Saffron Strands-1/2 pinch
  13. Honey- 1/2 cup or as per your taste.
  14. Milk- 4-5 cups
  15. Ghee or Butter- 1/4 cup
Instructions
  1. Soak Almonds over night or for 3-4 hours, then peel the skin off.
  2. Fry Goond in 1/4 cup Olive Oil, when it puffs and gets little roasted, dish-out.
  3. Now Blend all the Dry fruits ingredients (except ghee and Honey) with 2 cups milk until a smooth paste arises.
  4. In a suitable, non-stick-able pan, add Ghee, Dry Fruits Mixture and saute them well until the ghee separates from the Dry Fruits Mixture on medium- low flame. Now add in the remaining milk, and bring it to boil. At this point, Add in Honey reduce the flame to low and let it cook for 10 mins.
Notes
  1. Char Magaz (Almonds, Pumpkin seeds, Cantaloupe Seeds and Water melon seeds)

 Instead of Honey, you can add in Sugar, or Jaggery Powder (Gour) . And Serve Hot. 

Also You can add in or decrease the amounts, according to your taste. 

 In the refrigerator, Place in a Jar-> This Nishasta is best for One Week or even you can freeze and use when ever you would want to drink it. 

This Achwani or Mixed Dry Fruit & Nuts Nishasta Milk is Beneficial to Weak Individual or Pregnant or Post Pregnancy Women.
