  1. Chicken Breasts (cubbed)- 2 cup
  2. Raw Papaya 1 tsp
  3. Salt and paper- 1 tsp
  4. Onion powder- 1 tsp
  5. Garlic ginger paste- 1 tsp
  6. Green chillie and coriander (fresh)- crushed 2 tbsp
  7. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  1. In a suitable bowl mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 1 hour. Skew on skewers and bake in preheated oven 350 for 20- 25 mins or until its turn soft and water observed
  2. Dish out in a pan and give smoke of charcoal and place with lid.
  3. Garnish with your favorite salad and serve with chutney.
  4. Enjoy!!
  1. For Coal Smoke- use a little piece of aluminum foil, coal, and oil.
  2. place coal over aluminum foil and pour a tbsp of oil on top. Immediately cover so the smoke does not escape.
  3. Note: you can also cook in a pan
