Ingredients
  1. Boneless Beef (cut into Pieces) - 1 pound
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
  3. Onion- 2 medium
  4. Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
  5. Ajwain Seeds- 1 tsp
  6. Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
  7. Curry Leaves- 5
  8. Crushed Red Chili flakes- 1 tsp
  9. Red Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tbsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder- 1 tbsp
  12. Salt- pinch
  13. Tomato paste- 1/4 cup
  14. Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
  15. Coriander (chopped)- 1/4 cup
  16. Green Chillies (chopped)- 2 or 3
  17. Oil- 1/4 cup
Instructions
  1. In a suitable non-stick wok, heat oil on high. Add in Cumin seeds, Ajwain seeds, Crushed Chili Flakes, Mustard seeds and Curry leaves and stir fry for 30 seconds. Drop in chopped onions and stir fry for another 30 seconds; as the onion starts to change color. Add in Boneless Beef and half cup of water and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on medium to low flame with a pan lid on.
  2. Now add in the wok, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt, Tomato Paste, Lemon Juice, Coriander and Green Chillies. Place back the pan lid and cook for another 30 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked and tender.
  3. Dish out and garnish with Ginger and ENJOYYY
